About The Halogen Group

    • The Halogen Group (THG) is an independently operated group and was first launched in September 2004 as the Network Equipment Communications Partner Association of NSW. (NECPA NSW) Since then it has grown to become a national organisation comprised of multi vendor skilled members through out Australia.
    • It undertook a name change in July 2006 and was transformed into The Halogen Group Pty. Ltd. with shareholding held by the founding members.
    • The Halogen Group is an Australia-wide group of professional business solutions providers who have formed together as a unified group. It has established along with a highly skilled and mobile work force, enormous buying power enabling each individual company to offer the best value for money on advanced business technology and state of the art know how. There are 2000 + staff with 375 certified ICT engineers.
    • Each THG member has experienced hundreds of business issues, problems and opportunities, contributing to a broad and deep knowledge base on which to draw upon when helping their business customers.
    • THG has developed strong relationships with leading vendor partners, working together to provide business and technology communication systems and solutions covering the SME market through to enterprise-level organisations.
    • THG has always believed in delivering end to end solutions, whether closed fiber optic communities, security and surveillance networks, IP or VOIP telecommunication packages through to complete office or residential facilities including the equipment to run from video on demand IPTV, high speed internet in fact any IT and Communication products that a business would require. We ensure that the customer always has the right tailored package to meet their needs.
    • THG partner with Telco's, Finance, Insurance, Software solution providers to further reduce the cost of customers doing business.
    • THG can also provide the back-end billing systems to capture all traffic costs to the individual point (Telephone, VOIP, Broadband, TV and even other utilities).
    • THG provide National Level 1 & Level 2 service coverage. consistent national pricing along with Flexible KPI’s to meet SLA’s and has the ability to support multi vendor contracts with qualified communication engineers across multiple brands and products.
    • THG has been undertaking a major initiative working with our partners and TAFE to deliver a unique multi skilled training courses available across Australia. This has entailed many, many months of research and development to create the joint IT & T course is completing its first trial period within NSW based on the successful outcome THG will be launching the THG Academy in the newyear. The Academy will provide the education platform that will deliver multi - skilled communication engineers from Cadet trainee level to mature age students.
